Based in Sherman Oaks, California, Law Office of Rodney Gould is led by attorney Rodney Gould, who has been practicing law since 1991. Though he started as a civil prosecutor working for the United States Postal Service on mail fraud cases in Washington, D.C., his career has developed over the years to include litigation experience in federal courts across the United States, serving as a special assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia with the Department of Justice and, after leaving the government sector, providing legal services to some of the nation’s largest companies such as Starbucks, MCI, USAA and Bank of America.

Extensive Litigation Experience And Tenacious Advocacy

Mr. Gould is an accomplished litigator and holds the distinction of having litigated numerous probate cases in Superior Courts all over California. He has also successfully litigated numerous appeals in several districts of the California Courts of Appeal.

Education And Community Involvement

A Michigan native, Mr. Gould earned his bachelor’s degree from Eureka College, Eureka, Illinois, then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College Of Law, Urbana, Illinois.


Mr. Gould is an active member of his community. He serves or has served on the boards of AIDS Project Los Angeles, Project Angel Food, Eureka College, National City Christian Church Foundation, Disciples Seminary Foundation, Christian Church Homes of Northern California, and First Christian Church of North Hollywood.
